Pre-Order Policy

This policy governs the purchase of all Pre-Order Items (including LPs and CDs) where the full payment is processed in advance of the product's official release and shipment. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms:
I. Pre-Order Non-Cancellable
All pre-orders are considered a final sale commitment and are non-cancellable by the customer.
- Payment: Your payment is charged at the time of purchase to secure your item.
- Final Sale: Except for the specific conditions detailed in Section II (Delayed Shipment Protection), pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded before the stated shipping date.
II. Delayed Shipment Protection
We are committed to transparent communication and will ensure the official estimated shipping date is clearly displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.
- Mandatory Refund Trigger: If we fail to ship your pre-ordered item within 30 days after the official, stated shipping date, we will automatically cancel your order and process a full refund to your original payment method. You will be notified of this cancellation via email.
- Note: If we communicate a new, revised shipping date and you choose to consent to the new date, the 30-day mandatory refund trigger will apply to that new date.
III. Post-Shipment Returns
Once your pre-order item has shipped, this Pre-Order Policy ends, and your purchase is governed by our standard Return Policy.
- Defects, Damage, or Returns: For any issues occurring after the item has been delivered (including damaged/defective items or returns for any other reason), please refer to our Return Policy, or contact us at store@seanmason.net.
