We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your options.
I. Digital Products (Sheet Music PDFs)
- Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of sheet music PDFs are final and non-refundable. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for these products.
II. Physical Products (LPs & CDs)
We accept returns on physical products under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an LP or CD that is damaged or defective, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photos of the damage. We will provide you with a return shipping label, and the item must be shipped back to us within 14 days of your return request.
- Customer's Remorse: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund for the product's price, minus the original shipping costs.
