Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Sean Mason Store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

I. Digital Products (Sheet Music PDFs)

All digital products, including sheet music PDFs, are delivered electronically.

  • Delivery Method: Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive an email containing a download link for your files.
  • Delivery Time: Links are typically sent immediately. If you do not receive your link within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

II. Physical Products (LPs & CDs)

All physical orders are processed and shipped from our distribution base in Concord, NC.

We aim for industry-leading speed in getting your orders out the door:

  • Weekday Orders: Orders placed on Monday-Thursday will be processed and shipped within one (1) business day.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Friday-Sunday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
  • Pre-Orders: Items marked as "Pre-Order" will ship on or around the date specified on the product page. Please refer to our Pre-Order Policy for details.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the items and your delivery address.

  • Domestic (USA): Most domestic orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail or the most efficient equivalent. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after the order has been processed.
  • International: We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary significantly by location but generally range from 10–21 business days.
  • Customs & Duties: The Sean Mason Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. Tracking information is usually active and updated within 24 hours of shipment.

III. Shipping Issues & Address Accuracy

  • Damaged Items: If your LP or CD arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
  • Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.
